Los Andes another start up has reached a market cap of $390M as of today. Only has drill results and needs $1.88B in initial CAPEX at a grade of 0.40%. TVC and previous owners have spent over US$300 Million in today's dollars and about to launch a caving operation on 101 Million pounds at 85% proven. Sure we have $80M in debt, but TVC can expand their reserves.
My guess TVC should be able to easily fetch over $100 Milliom for the whole package. They paid US$40 Million for a 70% share back in 2017 and copper was in the mid $2 range. TVC spent well over $40 Million further developing this to where it is today.
I'd say management should be able to sell for $150M leaving shareholders $US$70 Million. Just an educated guess.
