Is incompetent ( an opinion only). Why didn't they secure financing even at .10 cent when it went there ( no intrest) or they could have found a buyer. Neither of these 2 happened which suggests that this mine might not be profitable at these prices or was being mismanaged. Now they are at the mercy of the lenders because they only have 30 days and that's not enough to get either but maybe a pp if there is interest. They have been negotiating sin Nov 2021. I assume that there is no deal to be made because no news of negotiating progress has come out. Even in today's news it was generic negotiations are still going...... and?? I really wanted this to have a different outcome but I believe the next news we are gonna see is. Mtv files for protection. This is all conclusions I came out with from my logic. Non of it is based on fact.

MTV is not public; TVC own 95,1% of MTV And if the price of TVC was irrelevant to have a deal? TVC can sale a block % of MTV to a new partner against $ invest in MTV directly; Value of TVC cam from .08 to ,05 this week Value of MTV did not change this week as it is a private sub; Food for thought.....

True but I've been trying to get a hold of anyone at the company for a month with no luck. That usually to me atleast is a BIG RED FLAG.
