If not a buyout and TVC assets valued around 500 Million so either way its a win , win for TVC Shareholders but for Anglo losing the Copper deal they have around  HALF the cost of present Copper prices would not be good for them . Not to be rude here, but the company is on the verge of bankruptcy. That $500m in assets will be sold at firesale prices if lenders force tvc to liquidate. Anybody that's invested in juniors knows this. Let's be honest here. If a deal isnt in place, That $500m in assets will be sold for like $50m. Nobody cares if their partners are billionaires And Anglo doesn't care... if tvc can'

If there was no deal in the works I think that the doors would already be closed and the fact that TVC went ahead and is block Caving now speaks volumes . Also the market seems to think the same thing thus far today. TGIF.

I agree, the doors would have closed already if no deal was in the works. That being said... Seems pretty obvious that was the cause for the sudden startup of operations. They were probably told they need to prove production results before any financing talks take place. And that's the only positive here.
