Don’t panic sell, CEO just awarded 1.3M shares

With yesterday's stock award, 20% of his I think $375,000 annual compensation is $75,000 per quarter so at today's .055 that's roughly 1.3M shares. The CEO had 850,000 options at a 0.31 strike plus awarded around 375,000 more options at 0.21 in January. CEO has 2.5M+ in options so plenty off incentives. Plus he has other bonus awards. I wouldn't panic sell. Plenty of suitors to buy this mine ie Codelco, Vale, Freeport, Teck etc... and Bacchus Capital has the connections.
