People wake up!!!!!

People wake up!!!!!Some of us have tried to warn you about this situation. Instead of being objective, and realizing that what has been said, should have been carefully and objectively thought about, rather than listening to moronic posts about essentially NOTHING.
To clear up how these suits tend to go, here is a thought for the realllllllly slow: first, forget the person who brought the suit, it is meaningless. Rather, look at the history of the law firm representing the class action.  If you think that the law firm is not the key, you are dreaming. This is a CLASS ACTION, it means there will be an offer for any people who fall within certain dates regarding either holdings, purchase or both, can join in. Watch for details, they will be coming your way. As well, this may not be the only filing of a class action. Often there are multiple filings, but that may or may not be the case here.
Those who think this is some sort of joke, shake your heads a bit, as I think upon examination of the claims, and a view of the law firm and its history, you might want to assess the chances of this being a valid law suit. Whatever the case, it is not good, and it will not  go away.
What you really want to know, is what are the claims specifically, and then judge where they came from and WHY a law firm would think there is enought there to file a claim. A claim which costs plenty of time and money for BOTH sides. So delude yourselves, but this is Canada, without exactly the same litiguous history of the U.S. which in itself should give one pause for thought, in my view. I am not the shareholder by the way, to save anyone the question. But I am also not completely ill informed. And yes, I will join in the action when the opportunity is presented, because I  agree with the poster, as I have so often stated, that this sort of activity, if true, is part of an attitude in Canada, in my view, whereby there is a lack of accountablility, egocentric activity often by boards and managments, BECAUSE they do not believe anyone will bring them to task.
As far as the stock price: any promotion or spike is a sell in my opinion at this point, but it is late in the game, as I see it. But hey miracles happen.
But the hypsters here, forget it.  This is a bad news, poorly run company, in my view, and the managment should have been replaced by the BOD, and then they should have left as well, in my opinion.  Those who still defend them, well I do not know what it would take for you to wake up. If it goes to o.ooooo1 would that be enough????
