The only thing I was trying to say is that the markets have changed and that information from exchanges is harder to understand given that there are 2 exchanges , 4 ATS's and 2 Dark pools trading TVI. So this means that Level II information is 90 % correct but still not complete. Along with this fact is the fact that over 20% of the Canadian markets are being traded by HFT's (Who really knows who is trading TVI or if any HFT is trading TVI)
