Michael, I’m not a Securities lawyer so the answer is I do not know the answer and I do not know when Rhonda posted that message (below) on Facebook concerning share buy- back and therefore do not know what financial state TVI was in at that time she made those comments.

 

I really believe the second point she allegedly made is what TVI’s intention is.

 

“Second, TVI believes that cash flow is better spent reducing our interest expense and expediting our exploration and development projects, and pursuing accretive joint venture or acquisition opportunities within a long-term growth strategy in mind. TVI’s interests are aligned with those of our shareholders and we will continue our efforts towards realizing long-term, fair, sustainable value for our securities."

 

If you look at Krazytrains post 10/05/2010 I’m thinking that he may be right.
