For TVI any revenue from oil is gravy and unexpected.
so......any mention that there is oil and not a dry well is good and for me unexpected.
TVI's real investment is in the philipines.

With the Alpha trading over a million shares again today - steady on .095.

Still investors trying to knock it down to try and get it at .085 - .09
