Im almost sure he is dealing with the Shareholder Relations person at TVI and will get back to us.
In the mean time I will email TVI as well to ask for clarification and let everyone know about what I find out.
Also
If it turns out that we are not given enough information or the information is not satisfactory there is always the IIROC website

And other resources.
But let us do our homework and move forward with Knowlege rather then speculation.
