RE:risk- The number one risk to our investment in TVI Pacific is if there is no listing on an exchange of the majority owner of these assets.
- The number two risk is the management team at TVI doesn't stay on top of our paperwork .That paperwork is required to continue listings on the TSXV. That paperwork also gives shareholders a validated real look at the financials. 

im a long term investor in the company (TVI)and believe that it will workout .. You must realize that there many casualties when investing in penny gold stocks and I'm sure you do.
