Interesting points for TVI Shareholders...

Interesting points for TVI Shareholders...Please note reponse from TVI's CFO Patrick Hanna to some of my queries.......
. " As you have noted, everything takes longer than most people have patience for, particularly in the environment we have experienced in the past few years with respect to the Philippine government’s attitude towards mining and then the COVID situation.  But it seems to some regard that these two issues have come together in the Philippines as the COVID situation and its impact upon the Philippine economy has now started to encourage the Philippine government to once again support mining in several areas of the country, albeit with some restrictions.

I note also the various comments on Stockhouse including the comment that “This outfit likes to write about furniture moving from place to place…”.  In fact, we are complying with the requirement to share material information with our investor community which includes up-to-date status reports, though we continue to be restricted by NI 43-101 regulations in terms of what we can share about some aspects of the project.  Of further note is that as a result of our inability to yet make public certain material information, all insiders – including our directors and senior management – continue to be unable to exercise stock options and/or to buy/sell shares in TVI Pacific, as has been the case for a few years now.

With respect to the GRC/Siana deal, we noted in our July 28th news release that completion of the Acquisition is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of a number of conditions – all of which TVIRD is currently working through.  We are hopeful that these conditions will soon be satisfied and the Acquisition then finalized.  While we have included a description of the Siana property in our TVI Pacific website, TVIRD has taken the approach not to include this in their website until the deal is 100% complete.  I therefore encourage you to continue to watch the TVIRD website as we hope to include a video of the property once we are able to confirm to our investor community that the transaction has been finalized.

I am happy to hear that you and others have been pleased with the YouTube video we recently published for the purpose of showing the scope of the Balabag project.  We do in fact hope to replace this in the near future – as you have suggested – with a video that shows the actual plant in operation.

I agree it has been disappointing to see the share price not react to our many recent announcements, most noticeably the updated NI 43-101 for Balabag and TVIRD’s acquisition of the Siana Gold Project.  I appreciate your point with respect to bringing back onboard a seasoned Investor Relations/Marketing expect, but currently we continue to be focused also on minimizing our expenditures.  This has in fact been a focus since early 2017 when we last employed such an individual, and this effort has continued to include the deferral of directors’ fees as well as the salary of our President & CEO (Cliff) and in part myself since 2016.  We are again hopeful that the situation will soon change but will continue in the interim to keep the investor community informed in a timely manner of all progress."

Thank you and regards,
Patrick.
