RE:RE:as per TVI website,appears some progress with Siana mineIMO the money made from Balabag will go to restarting Siana.Once Siana is up and running the money from Balabag and Siana will most likely go to Mabilo to get that going.This way TVIRD does not have to get more Chinese financing and after a time TVIRD will have 3 operating mines ALL PAID FOR.
