RE:100% of TG World Energy??

RE:100% of TG World Energy??I still own 20,000 shares of TVI that I didn't sell when they were worth $3.35 per share. Clifford James was the head guy at TG World Energy - when they decided to merge the two companies - which doubled the amount of shares of TVI - Not sure if it was exactly double - but close - it was a long time ago... after they drilled one hole for oil that was a dry hole - not sure what that cost, but I have not seen any benefit in this merger - And Clifford James ended up with twice as many shares.  One of my friends who was invested in TVI told me that this company will never be worth a dollar.... That was many years ago... nothing ever happens here - the company gets to work in the tropics and get big paycheques - It's set up for them, and not for shareholders to every make a profit.
I don't know how shareholders now only own 30% of the company now... TVRD owns the large percentage now --- how did that come to be?
Will anything ever happen?
I thought when the Balabag mine started up - we would see maybe $0.30 per share, but nope - no where near that.
This is one of the worst stocks that I have ever owned. (Canadian Lithium Corp was the worst)
The only thing that can save TVI - is if they drill through many feet of solid gold when looking to expand the gold mine.  ha ha just a dream I have from time to time...
LOL
Good luck to all the real long shareholders !

R.
