With gold prices up, they might be able to pay off a substantial amount of the loan before an IPO. They also will probably want Siana operating beforehand as well. Maybe they might surprise us with some exceptional new project. Whatever they are waiting for, I hope they are finally working on providing the shareholders with a substantial return on our investment.
