Tonnes per day Initial Target for TPD (tonnes per day) at Balabag was 2000. In the latest news release a TPD of 3500 was achieved and is now the benchmark going forward.
Based on the extra throughput of 1500 TPD The increase Gold/Silver recovery's are the following.
1500 TPD x 1.81 gt gold = 2715 grams
2715 divided by 28.35 (grams per ounce) = to 97 extra ounces of gold per day.
1500 TPD x 68 gt silver = 102000 grams
102000 divided by 28.35 = 3958 ounces.
97 ounces of gold x 2000 $ = 194000$
3958 ounces of silver x 24 $ = 95000$
total of 289000$ extra every day.
