RE:RE:AGM If the private placement didn't receive approval by July 31st Regino and Villar would resign from the board and take their marbles and head home. TVI was granted an extension by the TSXV until August 14th to confirm their election to the board and to proceed with the private placement.
I for one hope that the new grant of 5360000 common shares doesn't proceed. I'm tired of seeing the float increasing all the time. Villar got a sweet deal getting close to 10% of the company for a mere USD 1000000
it's time for TVI/TVIRD to look after us long time shareholders
