Under budget; exceeding expectations, etc

Under budget; exceeding expectations, etcI don't remember seeing this statement in the last Canatuan update. "Phase-two expansion of the Canatuan plant, to mine raw gossan gold and silver-bearing ore at a nominal 250 dry metric tones per day operation, was completed in October on schedule and substantially under budget. Commissioning of the Canatuan Mine is almost complete and current performance is exceeding expectations. A plant optimization program is currently underway to further increase throughput and metal recoveries, and decrease operating costs." I guess things are going better than expected. Well done TVI!
