TAKE OT PRICE 2 CENTS???

TAKE OT PRICE 2 CENTS???Obviously the market is not re-acting positively to TVI's most recent press release , based on the early volume of todays trading and the price being traded at of 1.5 cents per share.  The bid is now down to 1 cent and the offer has been reduced to 1.5 cents per share.  Based on the above noted activity Clifford James did well to get 3 cents per share.  If these trends continue it should be a interesting Shareholder meeting on June 27?  It now looks like the rest of us shareholders will be lucky to get a 2 cent offer for our shares and possibly as low as 1.5 cents per share? Hopefully the shares being sold at 1.5 cents is out of necessity? I still believe the true value of the shares is about 20 cents per share , but again I feel the share price is being held down?  I guess we will all find out soon how much we can reasonably expect for our shares?
Good Luck To All
