No....TVIRD issued no dividends through the six months ended June 30, 2023.

You coul not have expected any dividends.Agata is not in operation and any extra funds from Balabag will go to restarting Siana.Once Siana is commissioned ( around Jan,2024) TVIRD can start making money again.Good luck
