There was a post on facebook for TVIRD Balabag Project with a quote from Michael Regino.

Hi Jimmy In one of my previous posts I speculated Villar would try to wet his beak in the Tampakan Mine. There's around 18 million ounces of gold and 15 million metric tonnes of copper.  The project is currently on hold due to some environmental concerns. There are also around 20 indigenous tribes in the mine area. Hopefully TVIRD can use their experience from Canatuan and Balabag to
