It is sad and disappointing to watch this public company....

-through over 30 years - the management has paid themselves very well.
Long time shareholders have waited and waited to be able to sell their shares at a profit, but that will never happen when you have greedy, manipulative, corrupt management...
Is it disclosed anywhere how many shares of TVRD James owns directly or indirectly.?....
I always wondered how TVI only owns less than a third of this mining company... they used to own 100% plus what was that slimey deal with TG World or something like that - that doubled the amount of shares in TVI, but never helped the company at all.. It did give James a huge amount of extra shares though.
After years and years of pulling gold out of the ground, one has to wonder why this company has to keep borrowing money.
Shareholders suffer while management becomes rich !
Yes I know there are many companies that management does the same dirty tricks to become wealthy - only to have the company go down to zero.
It's sad how many people think they are investing their money, but actually they are just gambling it away on lies.

Have a great day !

R.

I hope I'm wrong, but I feel we are in trouble.  Why is Cliff selling so cheap @ .03?  Must be some deal going on between him and Villar.  At this point, just hoping to get something out of it.

LT, everyone is scared of the unknown, it seems investors were happier with the NOTHING HAPPENING TVI. NOW we know change is on the horizon.Personally I am tired waiting for something to happen and welcome almost any progress. I think that Villar will at least do something, hopefully TVI shareholders dont get the shaft. IMO I feel some good news must be coming considering TVIRD website is being ...more

if Cliff still believes in this company, he should buy back the shares currently on sale at .015 with the money he just received by selling his at .03...that says a lot about the real value of this company if no one buys them

He still owns Lot of shares,  and he doesn't believe or care about the company, never mind us investors

That's harsh, the dude's 75 or something, way past normal retirement age and obviously restructuring his post-retirement assets. If that's revenue you need to live on, you don't want to leave it in a .03c mining share, it's way too risky. That he got .03c for it means 1) he thinks today it's at least worth that, and 2) the buyer thinks it's worth that today, and he can ...more
