TVI updated Presentation -1st step towards redemption
NICE Presentation- notice not one mention of PSE listing for TVIRD, thats because Villar now has control over TVI .It appear that he would use TVI to monetize his ownership of TVIRD.Also a good point is that he does not need TVI to raise capital .
Still have not seen the results of the AGM.
NEXT steps- update TVI website , management and board of directors
- TVIRD website to become fully functional ( will divulge some good information)
- TVI reverse stock split
-TVI to purchase TVIRD in all share deal
In between these steps we will have some good PR's i.e reserve increases,Siana fully commissioned etc etc.
