RE:RE:RE:RE:new memo on loanI have to agree with you here derm. The memo states that the AIDEA loan will aid in the process of going to market for the additional capital raise. It doesn't say that go to market = issue more stock. This AIDEA loan derisks Ucore and closes the financing gap, so the next interested party that comes along is now partnered with a AA+ rated bond issuing agency who's job is to monitor an investment only a few hundred basis points over prime. (At a time when prime is LOW) If ucore can time this capital raise with proof of SPE, then we could be looking at financing in exchange for oxides. Just like Silver Wheaton does with its silver streaming deals. (Just one example of creative financing)
At at the end of the day, ucore will be measured by its peers in the industry. Well when you have an iron curtain protecting the REE companies of a soon to be net importer (China), that leaves the rest of the industry peg ucores performance to. Right now, everyone else still has their heads up their buts. And in the future, when we can eventually compare peers in terms of earnings, it's going to come down to who has the cheapest leverage on their assets. (And who has the best assets) Right now is the best time for long term debt issuance. Low interest rates won't last forever, and when interest rates rise, it will be time to cash in on a free lunch with a low payment on our long term lease.
Good luck
