thats not big money in the scheme of things.  

pats been talk8ng offtakes for 18 months.  Now pats talking offtake maybe by end of yr
ucore was supposed to be licensing RSX 2 yrs ago

u get my drift 
why don't u ask mark how we getting the cash for a 50 million SMC that's supposed to be running in 12-15 months?
