I can't believe I have to explain this again.  DOD plays a two part game.  Support the old tech while hunting for the replacement tech.  MP and Lynas are the old tech to support.  But MP's SX tech separate light REEs but does not separate heavy REEs.  Also geared to MP ore deposit, not to any other REE concertrate.  Same with  Lynas.
Energy Fuels, from what I have read is at lab scale.

As for the only game in town, I was thinking of the bid letter in Nov of 22 that 15 companies answered and only Ucore getting a contract.  Only one of the replacement tech.
As for no revenue, did not Ucore get paid to do testing for DOD?  Is it not getting paid to do testing for the Canadian government?  Yes, I know not much, but still revenue.
