Pat might treat shareholders to an RO as reward for their patience. In reality, RO is coercive, because if you don't fully subscribe or sell your shares, you're diluted relative to those who do.

Another RO to reward loyal shareholders  last time they filled 25% of RO.  Be lucky to get 10% this time

If ucore is dumb enough to try to dilute before DOD or OEM funding, it's truly all over at least get a spike price ( hopefully) from other sources of income first.   No way they can raise 25 million from stock when market cap is that. but these guys are historically out for themselves so noth8ng would surprise me. dragon would claim it's a win if 50 million more shares out there

Probably in " advanced talks" with auto tech VC to take private.  Probably at 20 cents a share ucore isn't the only high risk no cash company getting toasted.  A lot are so it could be them and also could be part of a high interest rate environment. Doesn't bode well
