2 of 10 down -- outstanding. Q3 & then the entire project vendors & subvendors, are vetted against what Ucore states. Then....follow-on Production $$. Black n white clarity for so many who don't read basic info through documents. Bring on the recycling aspect too....it's already been out there for all to see.....lmbo Get it RapidSx!!

Ucore moving the goalposts. 2 out of 10. Expected completion now moved to q3 from early q2. ( which mean yr end. At best) So where is the money gonna come from for SMC 2025. They will barely get the DOD 4 million in 2024. OEMs are MIA. 50 million is needed. LA is waiting Shareholders? More like SMC mid 2026 instead of 2025. Unless ucore really does dilute the heck out of shareholders again Like RO ...more

What we read means nothing  ucore has to actually do it big difference

2 out of 10 progress for sure but alot of heavy lifting TBD   timeline will be way more than stated   for everything UCORE needs money     Not an RO or dilution or some bad debt deal  OEMs are where? I interpret "successfully separating holmium through lutetium from lanthanum through dysprosium" as Ucore's only so far separated super heavies from all other rare earths. So La, Nd, Pr, Tb, Dy not yet separated from each other. And perhaps Ce not separated from those either because its atomic number is greater than La. So maybe it's o.k. as one of the needed DOD contract steps. ...more

Geewiz Bob, can't you express any joy from seeing the first substantive result from these guys in 12 years?
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Mar 04, 2024 12:42pm
Bob step 2 of 10.   Just to get for 4 million tons of milestones to be met to see if this passes muster for DOD u were probably correct re: 2024 not make or break.  Ucore gonna push testing into late 2025 between CDN and US.  SMC?   How TF that getting built in 2024 if they are gonna be testing for 18 more months? SMC late 2026   Maybe and we will continue to pay for ...more

Missing --- was this a side by side, Vs. Sx run time/performance comparison ? Or will that be run on next round of further seperation with the 2nd MREO feed Shall see
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Mar 05, 2024 11:15pm
I thought all trials would be side by side.  They took 2 months to run 2 out of 10 milestones.   Theoretically, this may not be done in 2024.   Very ucore like
Comment by Rodtipup on Mar 06, 2024 2:07pm
I would think only if it was part of the DOD mandate. Perhaps all the DOD wants to prove is separation and will evalutae it on time/cost and purity. Im of the opinion they could care less about standard SX. The RSX Vs. XS was a Ucore thing to prove 3x 6x 10x standard SX.  Ucore focus should be to appease the request of DOD right now!
Comment by My19sixyNineZ on Mar 06, 2024 3:05pm
"Im of the opinion they could care less about standard SX." & you couldn't be anymore wrong. It is a requirement.  Good lord. Read the DOD agreement.
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Mar 06, 2024 3:49pm
I would guess DOD does care about RSX vs SX If it didnt, they would just be funding SX plants as of now
Comment by Rodtipup on Mar 07, 2024 8:29am
Well if the comparison was done why was it not mentioned. I mean what a perfect time to demonstrate to the public we were successful on stage 2 of 10 and we did it 6 times faster 6 times less expensive with greater purity and in a smaller footprint?  One of 2 things happened, either it wasnt done and there is no comparison or it was done and was not successful? They are trying to prove RSX ...more

The "separation" that step 2 constitutes might be roughly analogous to steps in taking a test: Step 1, turn over your test. Step 2, write your name on the test. Proud dad "My kind wrote his name on the test - Harvard here we come"..
Comment by Rodtipup on Mar 07, 2024 9:56am
I need a decoder to understand what the He_LL you are trying to say....someone post the DOD contract I cant find it anywhere
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Mar 07, 2024 11:33am
Bob i would hope after 2 plus months doing trials, ucore has got farther than that but I get your point. yep, trials gonna take twice as long meaning more money needed for testing since we may not see any of the 4 million, may need a PP for just the trials.   DOD may start giving some of the cost reimbursements soon to help alleviate.  SMC start up costs?   I wonder how they ...more

Meant we may not see any of the 4 million from DOD until all milestones are completed I do think we get it , heck we may have got some already I would expect ucore to NR any $ they receive though, even if its 100k Can someone call Mark M and ask him what happened to advance talks with OEMs? Those offtakes Pat Ryan was blabbering about over a yr ago?
Comment by PipinoCuevas on Mar 07, 2024 2:25pm
The Company, its engineering partner, Mech-Chem Associates, Inc. ("Mech-Chem"), and the scientific team at KPM are developing the full-scale engineering for the first Strategic Metals Complex ("SMC"). The SMC is a planned REE separation and rare earth oxide production plant slated to commence construction in the US State of Louisiana this year. It is ...more
