Ucore's two birds, one stone trick.

Good Afternoon People,
After going over the PR again.  It hit me what Ucore was up to.  All the clues were there and I am sure some of you are ahead of me in figuring it out.  I am getting slow in my old age.  A heads up to the rest of us would have been nice, is all that I am saying.

Clue one: Ucore gets 4 million from DOD to do Heavy REEs testing.

Clue two: Ucore gets 4 million plus from Canada to do Light REES testing.

Clue three: Ucore has three two ton samples, heavy, light and mixed.  

After the PR we get,

Clue four: Ucore is separating the Mixed sample.

Clue five: Ucore has removed all other elements from the mix leaving only the REEs, AKA Milestone one.

Clue six: Ucore divided the REEs mix into lights and heavies, AKA Milestone two.

PR data ends.  So we get to play detective.  Ucore only needs to product enough of each heavy REE for DOD to do lab testing.  Starting with the highest priority  Then move on to the next REE on DOD's list.

Once all of DOD list is done.  They can switch to the light REE mix and start producting light REE test samples for Canada.  By separating the mixed sample Ucore is in a position to product test samples for both DOD and canadain government without having to do the first two steps over again.

The Unknown.  
How much is a test sample?  One or two kilos? Less? More?
Will Ucore be able to produce all of the DOD test samples by the end of June?
How long will it take for DOD to test the samples?
How long to get the 10 million start up money?
Can Ucore be able to produce all of the light REE samples for Canada by end of Dec?

Oh Dragon  SMH So all this means what exactly? Where is the funding to build SMC to be operating in less than 12 months? If OEMs are waiting on DOD and CDN, SMC could be pushed out to 2027 Playing "wheres WALDO" for yet another yr is mind numbing

Dear Pip,  It means that when Ucore finishes all of DOD samples Ucore gets paid 4 million and get the ten million start up money.  Can they finish before 30 June?  I don't know and you don't either.  How long does it take to set up the commerial plant?  Again I don't know and either do you.  Six months?  Ucore is saying production in first quarter of

DRAGON I will humor you. Lets say, by some miracle of jesus UCORE gets 4 million and 10 million from DOD in july.   figure the 4 million covers the cost of testing and 10 million goes to SMC Phase 1 of SMC costs at least 45 million   where is the other 35 million coming from? OEM's jump in?    with luck, `10 million   guess who is footing the rest???? US
