Specifically, Vital Metals' now permanently closed rare earth processing facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It's a brownfield, designed and ready for rare earth processing, and it has millions of dollars of Canadian taxpayer dollars already sunken into it (thanks for the support guys!).
