Just Remember, Ucore is here to stay when they secure this financing. 11 year mine life, with what sounds like big upside potential in Operation Life, Ore Quantity AND Commodity Prices.  Multiple future projects in strategic metals, possible dividends, $3.50 NPV/Share at current levels...not to mention china and future supply shortages...  

Sounds like a winner to me.  I bought at $0.25 and will continue to do so.  Dilution will be small compaierd to the payoff in years 3-11.
