I called Mark the investor relations guy for Ucore. I have a list of questions for him that will include:
-Separation plant at scale
-DOD funding/contract amounts
-BFS release time frame
-PDAC presentation video release if available
-The need for future seasoned equity offerings once fully funded (To address the stock price mess we are dealing with)
The fact is: It doesn’t matter if it’s company policy to issue new shares at a 20% discount to market. Why? Because they might not need the cash from SEO when this bill passes if it’s worked into the financing. I am hoping this is the case. Also, if/when we get the 2/3 funding from Alaska perm fund, the remaining 1/3 becomes a lot less risky to loan for any other interested parties.
