I highly doubt that financing is cooked into the share price at this point. The meeting taking place today in the Alaska Senate is a “hearing”. Once bill SB99 is heard, a vote will take place whether or not to move forward. The vote will happen within this "legislative session" between now and mid April. Seeing as there are 2 distinct future states of the world hinging on this vote, I seriously doubt that SP would reflect this possible funding. (However likely receipt of funding may be for Ucore) My guess is that SP will move like steps on a flight of stairs. With each new development, including this AK Senate vote, changes in SP will be violent and immediate.
