SB99 For anyone interested: SB99 was referred to the Rules Committee. Rules will schedule it for a vote in the House of Reps.
BTW if it passes in the house of representatives, it does not need to be signed into law by the govenor before the end of the legislative session. This can happen at any time and is not bound by the same rules as the legislature.
