I agree, Insider buying is a plus but not a guarantee… But it is a plus...
Let me ask another question. Would Ken Collison hand over that money in exchange for shares, if he didn’t have confidence in the ore quality? Would that not be factored into his decision? I mean, he knows what rare earth prices are at right now… he also knows how to run a profitable mine to the benefit of shareholders.
IMO, Ucore is waiting on one thing. SPE… You know…. The same technology that TRER, GWG, TAS, GDNLF and the rest of the sector will be purchasing from Ucore when the pilot plant is up and running. Until then, I can wait for a bit of news on Ucore… But let’s be clear, I’m in it for more than just Bokan Mountain or tangible its assets for that matter.
I’m paying for it’s management, the board of directors, it’s intangible assets, DEXRT, the mining jurisdiction, SB99 funding, AIDEA’s oversight of Ucore (A great thing for shareholder value), and much more.
It’s not a bad idea to hop on while shares are cheap!
