I am a Ucore long and fully support the company and it's vision. But your statement about IBC's past performance being irrelevant is rediculous. There company's history, revenue, and reputation are irrelevant?
Bringing IBC, who has revenue, into Ucore who doesn't, is kind of a big deal. We would actually have revenue to base a valuation on.
Furthermore, Ucore appears to be focusing on PGM's and other non-rare earth seperations at this point, which IBC has all the contacts.
To say the performance of the company is irrelavent is ludacris.
