The primary objective, as articulated by Mark and Jim, is to pursue the PGM metal recycling because this is an established feed stream - not a startup. Its quite easy to find information on this, but catalytic converters are processed to get at the PGM metals, and then separation processing results in a saleable product (this is a fully established stream - that's why your junk yard will give you $100 for a used catalytic converter). Plug in MRT and you get a quicker, more selective processing method with much lower capex. This is not a start up operation - just plugging MRT into the established stream. The goal here is to get to positve cash flow as soon as possible.
