In this case, their is obviously a nondisclosure agreement in place regarding the corporation behind the oils sands (name undisclosed). Thus, there are limits on what Ucore can publish. The same applied to other companies interested to see what MRT can do for them. These will all be covered by NDAs. In contrast, when a junior pumps for the purpose of driving the stock price, I become skeptical.
