RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thank you Radio

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Thank you RadioI don't know if you are referring to me, but I certainly was not questioning whether MRT was patentable.  I replied to Marksman simply in answer to his question concerning whether a process was patentable.  I posted a factual citation in response.  I added as an aside that there are reasons why a company might not want to apply for a patent on a process.  That is not the same as implying that MRT is not patentable or that IBC Advanced Technologies has not patented the MRT process.

Any reasonably intelligent person can find IBC Advanced Technologies' patents with a simple search.

https://patents.google.com/?assignee=Ibc+Advanced+Technologies%2c+Inc.

And, remember, Ucore does not yet own any of these patents and will not until Ucore's purchase of IBC is consummated.  Has Ucore given you any indication of progress on this?
