As we said multiple times, the mine will not come online for years, if not ever. The SMC could qualify for some of the funds as infrastructure but maybe not. Before that, we are waiting for site selection. All we know so far is they picked Ketchikan.
In the meantime, do some calculations on coal separation and see where that gets you. Stop comparing a producing mine to a tech junior.
