RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:New PRPipinoCuevas,

I wonder if Ucore is paying the lease payments to Orca for the pilot plant in cash, or whether they will also need to pay in shares.

Also, if you read the July 31, 2017 press release announcing the financing agreement with Orca

https://ucore.com/ucore-announces-cad-2-5m-financing

notice that Ucore said that "Further to the Finance Agreement, USD $1 million will be budgeted and set aside for payment to IBC Advanced Technoligies ... for the balance outstanding under the joint venture agreement ..."  That was half of the US$ 2 million raised by this financing agreement.  We know that this US$ 1 million was not paid, and I didn't see any item in the 9/30/2018 balance sheet indicating that this amount was set aside.

Today's press release tells me that Johnson still has patience with Ucore's management and board of directors, but how long will his patience last?  He is not on the company's board of directors, only on the advisory board.

By the way, on the company's web site, they still list Ken Collison, Reed Izatt and Steven Izatt as members of the advisory board.  Can't they afford to pay a web site designer to keep the web site up to date?
