I know that the dispute is about whether there is a valid Option to Purchase agreement.  That question could go to an arbitrator before it goes to a court, depending upon how the agreement is written, to determine if it is valid.  I assume that you haven't actually seen the agreement.

And, regardless of whether "courts are very strict ...", I gave you an example where an arbitrators award was challenged in the courts and took more than 3 years to be resolved.

Could you answer my questions concerning in which court a complaint would be filed?  You said you called some courts.  Which ones were they?
