News releaseFirst off I think that was the right move by Jim to give some informative information. Today's news release was not about blowing sunshine up our butt's, it was good factual information. Some was good news, some soo-soo, but not any bad news. This is the type of release I was looking for, I knew, they knew they could not sit on their hands any longer, if they were going to be in this game they had to get the ball rolling. I'am not encouraged about the timelines, but they what they are, funding will come through and they will proceed with the build out.
Messages were delivered very clearly in the release, Ucore is not backing down in any way, they have not conceded, simple tweaking the formula for now, hoping and feeling confident in the courts but for now they had to do what is necessary to stay relevant.
Beyond a shadow of doubt they have the support of governments and elected officials. Some government officials who are close probably advised or encouraged to take this route for the sake of funding.
To the management of IBC, this is a clear message that nothing has changed in our pursuit to finalize the offer to purchase, they are preparing for a fight to the bitter end.
Still not happy about the build out timeline, really sticks in my craw.
