Failure is not an option here. Over an extensive period of time I can see demand outstripping supply of ree no matter the supply, only a matter of how much manufacturing is willing to pay type situations. Some of these materials are new enough to not have a complete understanding of there alloys and properties. Something besides China in play to have brought this much attention. Brave new world out there.
