Probably AIDEA wouldve kicked in $$$ last yr and SMC would be built in 2021 if IBC didnt unhinge
My only pet peeve with ucore is they more than likely knew steve was a bad actor back in 2016-2017 should have done OTP then. Court would be over by now.
As far as a hybrid SX, USG mentioned proven methods to ucore, so Rapid SX is about as proven of a new tech that u could get ( A better, cleaner version of SX) MRT they should be able to do many things outside the tough to crack REE area. Gives Ucore alot of potential diversification
But in reality earliest we wouls see a hybrid is mid decade need to actually get an SMC funded
Hopefully AIDEA is as enthused to fund rapid SX as they seemed to be for MRT.
Hope NS court kicks in 2nd half of the yr it was supposed to be expedient maybe stuff starts loosing up or with Jim gone, stevie wonder considers settling and having everyone make some $$$$
