I also believe they want to be the first on keeping it green. I think they wish they could do it all without involving the government. Last year or so I had that conversation with Mark. I believe now with what Trump is wanting with this split from China it is different and the terms are different and more acceptable to the Company. They are now happy to be on board. Lynas is one, mark my words, will be at our doorsteps when we go forward with the commercialization of RapidSX.
