Ucore taking a massive risk here in exposing their grossly over valued mkt cap C$43M, at least 2x IMO.
Bokan is worthless, only tangible asset is RSX which they valued at $5.7M in stock, not even a vague business plan let alone anything credible, $20M should throw a blanket over this thing.
Be interesting to see if they can raise any significant capital on that over blown valuation but regardless expect the SP to be trading 50/60c within months.
