"The company plans to invest in Rugao High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. To build a high-performance NdFeB permanent magnet material production base project with an annual production capacity of 18,000 tons."

This is just one of numerous new high end mag plants being built, with the Chinese economy bouncing back from CV so quickly strong chance they will ride straight over Japanese/ROW mag industry.
