RE:RE:China's REE quotes go up 27%, Saber rattling?CNRE have been agitating for mining quota expansion to improve their economies of scale vs all the cheap concentrate Shenghe is importing from the US patriots.

Would also suit CCP to take some of the heat out of current prices, and maybe they are a tad concerned Joe might cut off that cheap con.
