June 2019 it was trading ~20c with a mkt cap ~$15M.
A pte Australian company waded in from nowhere and bought the "rights" to 80%, that company is headed by this guy's nephew, and his son was on the Board a short time prior:

TMRC now trading $4.59 with a mkt cap $337M with only 20% of the assets it had June 2019, and the company with the other 80% is aiming to IPO $500M/$1Bn!!!
Tell me exactly how a tiny $15M company basically do nothing but talk its way to a $1/1.5Bn valuation?
If in any doubt perhaps have a chat with some of "Diamond Joe's" many creditors, over many years, Downunder.
And be warned, Chinese State has turned up supply side in an effort to damp down some of the rabid price speculation, may take a little while to impact, but it will.
