Lynas is working a very strategic LT plan TOTALLY based on the economics of RE crafted by a CEO with FAR greater concern for strategic ROW growth than HY numbers. Her thought process is light years in front of any other, based on cost effectiveness, cost control & value add, structured efficiently stage to stage, with the final stage close to customer.
